Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We take all necessary measures to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, issues may occur due to reasons such as:

The product being damaged during transit

A manufacturing defect

A wrong product being delivered
Only in the above cases, BotaniVita will replace the product at no extra cost or refund the full amount, provided the request for return or replacement is raised within 5 days from the date of delivery. No returns or replacements will be accepted once the order has been processed or delivered successfully, except for the reasons stated above.
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please email us at botanivitaenterprises@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for return or replacement. Kindly attach clear images of the product showing the batch number, outer packaging, and the invoice for verification. BotaniVita will not be responsible for any items sent for return or replacement without prior approval.
Once the return request is approved, the product will be picked up within 4–7 working days from the date of approval. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after the returned product is received in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
In case of a refund, once approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
In case of a replacement, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to availability of stock. If the replacement product is unavailable and payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.
BotaniVita will accept returns only if the product is unopened and unused. Any product returned with an open seal, improper handling, damaged or torn packaging, missing labels, or missing instructions will not be eligible for return or refund and will be sent back to the customer. The product must be returned in its original box.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage after delivery do not qualify for return or refund. If a product is received in damaged condition, the customer must inform BotaniVita immediately upon delivery and share detailed information along with images via email.
Can I return a product and request a replacement or exchange?
Once an order has been successfully delivered, returns are not accepted unless the product delivered is wrong or damaged. Replacement is allowed only in such cases and will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments made via credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the original payment method. It may take an additional 2–3 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer based on the bank details shared by you via email. The refund process will begin after the product is received and verified and may take 5–7 working days, with an additional 2–3 working days for bank processing.
Changes to the Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
BotaniVita reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the Website.
